For over 19 years, I have proudly served in the Australian Army, both full-time and now as a part-time Intelligence Analyst in the Army Reserve. This service has shaped my values and character. The discipline, resilience, and sense of duty that come with military life have stayed with me, and at the centre of it all is the value of service. Service has been the guiding principle in my career, my community work, and my personal life. Supporting veterans and their families remains a passion of mine, and I know how important it is for our community to provide recognition and practical support to those who have served.
Beyond military service, I have built a career across allied health and community sectors, with a particular focus on mental health and homelessness. I have worked in multidisciplinary settings, including allied health services, and I bring both executive and clinical perspectives. I have served as CEO of a national mental health organisation and contributed at board level to not-for-profits. I have also served as CEO of a large not for profit based in Southwest Western Australia.
I stand at a personal milestone, becoming a new mother in 2025. Entering parenthood has already given me insight into the pressures women and families face, particularly in balancing work, caregiving, and community life. I know that decisions you make in your business will ripple into the daily lives of your family, your clients and children and I will bring that awareness into my work.
I hope to use the skills and expertise I have developed to support you to optimise your business, improve client acquisition, support your human resources conversations, streamline bookings, support repeat client visits and ensure the sustainability of your business.
