Meet Eternity Hausen
Strategic Practice Consultant | Executive Leadership in Allied Health and Not-for-Profit
Eternity Hausen brings executive and strategic leadership experience across allied health and community sectors, with a track record of building, scaling, and restructuring complex service organisations.
She has founded, built, and scaled a national mental health practice, growing it to operate across Australia before exiting the business. She has also established a psychiatry practice, developing the operational and service delivery foundations required for multidisciplinary care.
Eternity has held two Chief Executive Officer roles, including within a not-for-profit organisation, leading strategy, operations, and service delivery across mental health, homelessness, and reintegration programs. This has included oversight of multidisciplinary teams, organisational performance, and delivery within government-funded environments, including NDIS and justice-related services. Her work has involved leading strategic planning, aligning executive teams and boards, and addressing operational inefficiencies to improve performance and service delivery.
Eternity also serves as an Intelligence Analyst in the Australian Army, applying structured analysis, strategic assessment, and disciplined decision-making in high-pressure environments.
This combined experience informs her work with psychology practice owners and not-for-profit organisations, delivering practical, tailored strategic advice, including facilitated strategy workshops for boards and executive teams.
